Accountant (M/F/D) – Part-Time, 20 Hours per Week

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional in accounting (m/f/d) on a part-time basis who shares our passion for quality and innovation. In this role, you will be involved in various accounting processes and play a key part in ensuring that our financial operations run reliably and efficiently. By doing so, you make an important contribution to our continued ability to deliver first-class solutions for our international clients in the railway industry.

• Independent posting of ongoing business transactions, with a focus on accounts payable, including continuous master data management
• Responsibility for the timely processing of payments
• Invoice verification according to VAT regulations for both domestic and international transactions
• Acting as a proactive business partner and interface to internal and external contacts
• Continuous development and optimization of processes in operational accounting
• Opportunity to participate in internal projects

• Completed commercial or business education
• Completion of an accounting certification is advantageous but not mandatory
• Proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of BMD accounting software is desirable
• Accurate, conscientious, and team-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of working with numbers

For this position, we offer an attractive full-time salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (minimum salary €3.000). A willingness to offer a higher salary based on qualifications and professional experience is available!
