Procurement Planner (M/F/D)

• Placing purchase orders in accordance with demand planning
• Processing and reviewing order confirmations
• Monitoring delivery dates and actively managing material shortages
• Supporting the handling of supplier complaints
• Assisting in the management of inventory in close coordination with the logistics team
• Actively contributing to the development and improvement of purchasing-related processes

• Completed technical or commercial education (apprenticeship, HLW, HAK/HAS, HTL)
• Independent working style, strong negotiation skills, and assertiveness
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with an ERP system (PSI-Penta is an advantage)
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

For this position, we offer an attractive full-time salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (minimum salary €2.727,40). A willingness to offer a higher salary based on qualifications and professional experience is available!
